    Online Zoom Meeting

Despite our titles, our specialties, or the size of our HR respective departments, we are all seen as a must to operate as generalists. We are the face of HR, our doors purposely left open so that employees and managers know that we are there to serve.  But while being available, kind, and resourceful is essential, elevating our capacity as a generalist translates into more meaningful contributions to our organizations.

This presentation and workshop will explore what differentiates a capable generalist from one who has also transformed themselves into a trusted HR business partner.

Richie Coladarci has over twenty years of experience in human resources having worked as a CHRO in both public and private organizations. He is a certified senior human resource professional (SHRM-SCP, SPHR),  holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Plymouth State University. He is the Director of Human Resources at Merchants Fleet in Hooksett, NH, and is also the founder and principal of "A Friend in HR," a humanitarian organization that aims to reduce inequity in the workplace by providing free HR advice to workers with fewer resources.
