    Online Zoom Meeting

“We’re living in an unprecedented period of uncertainty and change” seems like a cliched understatement.  For many, the stresses associated with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, reactions to racism, and political strife are causing anxiety which is felt at home, at work, and in our communities. Dealing with this level of uncertainty and anxiety can strain our usual strategies for coping.  Human Resource and management personnel have to deal with this not only in their own lives, but also help quell the fears of employees and guide them through uncertainty in the workplace.  In essence, they become the anchors for their organizations.  How, then, do those in HR and management build resiliency for themselves while helping to keep their employees and organizations on course?

    In this webinar we will:

    • Gain an understanding of natural reactions to ongoing stress and anxiety
    • Explore tools for coping in a time of continued uncertainty
    • Apply those tools to help others cope and build resiliency for the long haul
