- The City of Nashua is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our Human Resources Team. The Payroll Analyst works as part of a team to process payroll for 3,000 City and School employees. The responsibilities include running the entire multi-layered weekly payroll process (50+ system jobs to be run in specific order) submitting weekly ACH and other electronic file transfers, reporting and reconciliation of NHRS wage data, configuring and maintaining KRONOS and Lawson (INFOR) Human Capital Management Systems, and other related duties. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years relevant work experience, an understanding of collective bargaining agreements, State and Federal regulations, and IRS tax codes.
